Baby Bump Beef Stew

- 1 3/4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 1/8 cups water
- 7/8 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 9/16 tablespoon garlic finely chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon bay leaf
- 2 1/2 tablespoons onion sliced
- 1/8 tablespoon salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/8 tablespoon pepper
- 1/8 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 cup carrots sliced
- 3 1/4 tablespoons celery chopped
- 5 1/4 ounces potatoes quartered
- 1 1/3 ounces chocolate Anmum, Flavor
- 4 1/4 tablespoons water
- 2 1/8 tablespoons cornstarch
- Heat up oil in pot and brown meat. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic, bay leaf, onion, salt, sugar, pepper & paprika. Add water and cover to simmer for 1.5 hours or until tender.
- Add carrots, potatoes and celery. Continue cooking until vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in Anmum chocolate milk powder until dissolved and incorporated.
- Thicken with cornstarch dissolved in water if needed.
