Tacos In Pasta Shells
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
- 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 18 jumbo shells
- 1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 small jar taco sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
- crushed tortilla chips
- Cook shells; drain.
- Rinse in warm water and toss with butter. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Cook beef and drain thoroughly. Add cream cheese and 1/2 package of taco seasoning mix.
- Simmer. Fill shells with meat mixture.
- Place shells in baking dish and pour taco sauce over them.
- Cover with foil and bake in 350u0b0 oven for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and sprinkle top with shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
- Bake 15 minutes more.
- Remove from oven and serve.
- Garnish with sour cream and favorite taco toppings.
