Huntress Pie

  1. Heat butter in large skillet
  2. Saute both onions until translucent
  3. Add chicken livers and sausage and saute until brown
  4. Slowly add beef broth, 1/4 at a time and let boil, then reduce heat
  5. Let simmer for about 20-25 minutes until meats are cooked and tender Add beef broth as necessary
  6. Add cooked elbow pasta and marinara sauce and combine well, heat for a few minutes
  7. Pour meat and pasta mixture into Dutch oven
  8. Cover with a thinly-rolled pizza dough and brush with olive oil
  9. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes until dough brown
