Sealegs Crostini

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Line a broiler pan with foil.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the sealegs, bell pepper, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, lime juice, mustard, Parmesan cheese and hot pepper sauce and blend well.
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture on each slice of bread.
  5. Place the crostini on the broiler pan and broil 4 inches from the heat for 5 to 6 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  6. Yield: 8 servings.
