Chicken Kebabs With SautéEd Vegetables

  1. Season chicken then thread onto 4 wooden skewers. Heat oil in a large frying pan and saute chicken for 10 mins, turning. Season with black pepper and paprika. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  2. Add peppers, mushrooms and onions to pan and saute until softened. Season then add tomato paste. Cook for 1 min, then add stock. Bring to a boil and simmer for 8 mins. Add creme fraiche, or sour cream, if using. Arrange vegetables and kebabs on plates and serve with ciabatta.
