20 Calorie Low Carb Toasted Coconut Protein Brownie Bites

  1. Chop up the zucchini, add it to a blender with the eggs and Stevia.
  2. Scoop protein powder into the blender.
  3. Add flax. Blend on high.
  4. Add a tsp of organic vanilla extract.
  5. Chop up another zucchini and add it to the blender. Mix on high.
  6. Preheat oven to 315 degrees.
  7. Grease an oven pan with organic cooing spray.
  8. Poor brownie batter into the pan. Sprinkle the coconut over the top.
  9. Bake 20-23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the center.
  10. Slice brownies into 42 pieces. (or however big you want them!)
