Tortilla Piknik Heaven
- 4 slices loin boneless
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
- fresh rosemary or dried
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 olive oil tabelspoon of
- 3 leaves beetroot
- 2 tomatoes
- parsley
- chive
- 1/2 white onion
- 6 corn tortillas pcs of
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise no egg
- 6 chili sauce tabelespoons
- Make marinate: combaine meat with olil, salt, rosemary, colour pepper and put aside in the refrigerator
- Vegetables cut into cubes, insert onions in a pen. Meat firmly put on hot grill rack / fireplace. Toasting a few minutes for further softly. Ready cut into strips.
- Tortillas broil on both sides on the grill, smear the sauce and apply on the one side, chopped onions feathers beetroot, tomatoes and chives and parsley flakes of meat.
- Bend in half and cut in two.
