Oriental Tuna Steaks

  1. Rinse the tuna steaks with cool water and dry with paper towels .
  2. Mix spices and salt and pepper.
  3. Place the tuna steaks in the marinade and turn to coat.
  4. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Preheat grill for high heat.
  7. Lightly oil grill grate. Cook the tuna steaks for 5 to 6 minutes, then turn and baste with the marinade. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or to desired doneness.
  8. Serve in a plate and pour the seasonning sauce on tuna steaks.
