Healthy Chocolate Chip Sunbutter Energy Balls

  1. Mix tahini, sweetener and vanilla until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from refrigerator and roll into 1 inch balls, place evenly on parchment covered cookie sheet.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Store any uneaten energy balls in the freezer to enjoy later.
