Organic Soybean Spaghetti With Tomato Sauce
- 1 box Explore Cuisine of soybean spaghetti
- 1/4 cups Chopped Onion
- 2 teaspoons Chopped Garlic
- 21 oz (600g) Canned Chopped Tomato in tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Chopped Kalamata olives
- 4 Tablesppons Olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
- Thyme
- Oregano
- Salt
- Grated Parmesan cheese (suggested)
- Cook the spaghetti by boiling 8 cups of water with a table spoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt, add spaghetti to the boiling water then simmer gently for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through. Immediately, drain it.
- For the sauce, heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 4 minutes stirring occasionally then add tomatoes, kalamata olives, soy sauce and the herbs and bring to boil. Add the drained spaghetti onto the sauce and stir it.
- Serve hot with Grated Parmesan cheese on top.
