Creamy Tuna Pasta
- 110g Pasta Noodles, cooked
- 15g Vegetable Oil
- 20g White Onion, chopped
- 10g Garlic, finely chopped
- 90g Tuna, flaked (canned)
- 50g Frozen Vegetables (Green Peas, Carrots & Corn)
- 30g Egg Yolks
- 18.75g Anmum Plain
- 125 ml Warm Water
- 30g Parmesan Cheese, for topping
- In a bowl, combine egg yolks, milk, water and cheese. Set aside.
- In a large pan, heat up oil and saute onions until translucent. Add garlic and slightly brown. Add tuna. Continue sauteing for 3-5 minutes. Add the vegetables and cooked pasta until warmed through.
- Remove from heat and pour the egg-milk-cheese mixture. Toss to combine and pasta has been well coated.
- Return to heat and cook for 2-3 minutes more, stirring constantly until creamy. Serve hot.
