Creamy Tuna Pasta

  1. In a bowl, combine egg yolks, milk, water and cheese. Set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat up oil and saute onions until translucent. Add garlic and slightly brown. Add tuna. Continue sauteing for 3-5 minutes. Add the vegetables and cooked pasta until warmed through.
  3. Remove from heat and pour the egg-milk-cheese mixture. Toss to combine and pasta has been well coated.
  4. Return to heat and cook for 2-3 minutes more, stirring constantly until creamy. Serve hot.
