Recipe: Turmeric Banana Mango Lassi

  1. Place yogurt, water or dairy-free milk and spices in a blender, pulse for 1 minute
  2. Add the Bananas\angos and ice cubes. Blend until well combined
  3. Modify to taste for sweetness or If you prefer a smoothie that is not as thick, add more liquid until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Add 1-2 Scoops Protein Powder, if desired, as a quick meal replacement or post workout boost.
