Cumin And Caraway Naan Bread

  1. Mix the flour, salt, yeast, and water. The dough should be dough and slightly sticky. Knead for 7 minutes.
  2. Add the seeds and knead again make sure they are distributed evenly. Shape into a ball.
  3. Grease a bowl and place the dough inside. Brush it with more oil. cover and let it rest.
  4. Once it is double its original size, place on a flat surface. Flatten using your hand and divide into 3 even pieces.
  5. Stretch each portion using a rolling pin and shape into an oval.
  6. In a large skillet, heat some vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the bread ovals and cook for at least 5 minutes on each side.
  7. Once golden brown on both sides, place on a cooling rack.
  8. Serve warm or cool.
