Pineapple Pulled Pork Sandwiches

  1. HEAT oven to 350u0b0F. Spray shallow roasting pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. SEASON pork roast with salt and pepper. Place in prepared pan. Cover with foil. Slow roast 4 hours or until meat falls from bone. Remove meat from pan. Using two forks, shred pork.
  3. SKIM fat from pan juices. Combine up to 1/2 cup pan juices, pineapple topping and barbecue sauce in saucepan or microwave-safe bowl. Stir in shredded pork. Heat on stove top until hot or in microwave about 1 1/2-2 minutes. Serve on Kaiser or Hawaiian rolls.
