Chicken & Butternut Squash Alfredo

  1. SEASON chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken and onion, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. ADD squash and ham to same skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until squash is almost tender, about 5 minutes. Add water and milk and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in Knorr(R) Pasta SidesTM - Alfredo and continue boiling 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  3. STIR in chicken and onion; let stand 2 minutes. Serve, if desired, with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
