Elley'S Chocolate Orange Cheesecake Brownie

  1. Butter and line a 23cm square baking tin then Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Chop 150g of milk chocolate into chips and set aside
  3. Coarsely chop 250g of dark chocolate
  4. Melt the dark chocolate and 100g of butter together in a water bath then set aside to cool
  5. Whisk 250g of cream cheese with 50g of caster sugar together in a medium bowl until creamy
  6. Add in zest of 1 orange + juice of 1/2 orange and 1tsp cornflour followed by 1 egg. Whisk until blended then set aside
  7. In a large bowl beat 3 eggs and 190g caster sugar + 75g light brown sugar in large bowl until creamy
  8. Add in 1/4 tsp salt and the melted chocolate mixture followed by 1tsp vanilla
  9. Gradually add in 112g of flour
  10. The stir in the milk chocolate chips
  11. Pour 3/4 of the brownie mixture into the baking tin
  12. Drop dollops of the cheesecake mixture over the brownie mixture followed by the remaining 1/4 brownie mixture and swirl together using a knife to create a marbled effect
  13. Bake for 25 - 30 mins until slightly risen around the edges and set in the centre
  14. Cool completely in the tin then carefully remove and cut into squares
  15. Enjoy :-)
