Spiralized Potato Chip Favors
- 6 sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 6 russet potatoes

- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 6 russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons chives
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- First, wash the potatoes. Use a Professional Series 7" Santoku Knife from the KitchenAid(R) 11pc Professional Series Cutlery Set to rim the ends of the potatoes to create a flat surface on each end for the KitchenAid(R) Spiralizer Attachment.
- Use the Spiralizer Attachment connected to a KitchenAid(R) Stand Mixer to spiralize each potato.
- Next, pull apart or slice each spiral into flat potato rounds. Using paper towels or a clean towel pat each round dry.
- Place the potato rounds on a KitchenAid(R) Professional-Grade Nonstick Sheet Pan. Brush each side with melted butter. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining seasonings for the flavor you want to make: chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar and sea salt for the sweet and spicy chips; lemon powder, onion powder, dill and sea salt for the lemon dill chips; garlic powder, onion powder, chives and sea salt for the garlic chive chips.
- Sprinkle each side of the potato chips with the seasoning.
- Bake the chips for about 18 minutes or until golden brown. Before serving, sprinkle more seasoning onto the chips to taste.
- Place chips into 5" by 11" clear bags. Print and cut my free favor clasps. Fold over the top of the clear bags, and then fold over a favor clasp on top. Staple to secure.
