Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Gnocchi In A Warm Rosemary Brown Butter Sauce

  1. 1) Begin by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil over medium high heat,once water boils add gnocchi and cook for 2-3 minutes or until gnocchi floats to the top of the pot, drain and set aside
  2. 2)In a saute pan begin your sauce, add in vegan butter over medium heat, make sure butter is completely melted before adding in onions
  3. 3) Once butter has a nutty aroma and onions are softened add in rosemary and sunflower seeds, let toast for 1 minute
  4. 4) Add gnocchi to the saute pan and toss with the brown butter sauce
  5. 5) Dish out gnocchi and serve warm!
