  7. Coat with liquid smoke and sprinkle with

  9. Place on a microsafe rack in

  11. Cover and cook on High 15 minutes.
  12. Place bacon
  13. on venison
  14. and cook 15 more minutes.temove venison; sprinkle with salt and wrap in foil to retain heat.
