Garlic Gourmet Chicken Breasts

  1. Rinse chicken; pat dry.
  2. In non-metal container, combine sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic.
  3. Add chicken to mixture; coat each piece well.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours.
  6. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  7. Remove chicken from sour cream mixture.
  8. Roll up.
  9. Roll chicken in stuffing, coating evenly.
  10. Place in ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  11. Drizzle with melted butter.
  12. Bake for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours or until golden brown.
  13. Serves 6.
