Chicken Breast With Tomato Salad

  1. Combine 1 tbsp oil, hot sauce, sugar, vinegar and 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp pepper and 2 tbsp tomato. Add chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat broiler. Heat remaining oil in a frying pan and sear chicken breasts for 10 mins, turning as necessary. Place in a baking pan and top with avocado slices and grated cheese. Broil for 5 mins. Serve chicken with remaining tomatoes, peppers and onions.
