Mississippi Mud With A Twist
- 1 box fudge Brownie, Mix for 13x9 pan
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 6 ounces pecan Pieces
- 11 1/2 ounces chocolate chip Milk Chocolate
- 11 ounces caramels bag of
- 5 ounces evaporated milk
- 6 ounces pecan Pieces
- 1 stick butter room temp
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa power
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 16 ounces powdered sugar sifted
- Make Brownie mix with butter, water and eggs. I melt the butter in the microwave because it is replacing oil.
- Add 6 oz or 1.5 cups pecan pieces into batter and mix in
- Add all the chocolate chips into batter and mix in
- Spread batter into greased 13x9 pan. BAKE: at 350u0b0f for 25min
- Caramel Mix: unwrap all the candy into a microwaveable bowl and add the milk you do not use in the frosting. Spread the Caramel mix on top of the baked Brownie
- Sprinkle 6 oz of Pecans on top of Caramel mix
- Frosting: Mix butter, 1/3 cup milk, cocoa power, vanilla, powdered sugar. spread over pecans.
- Serve worm or cold and enjoy.
