Healthy Snack
- hands Food processor or A pair of super fast
- 5 dates
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon walnuts
- 1 teaspoon black cherries dried
- 1/2 teaspoon hazelnut butter
- 1 teaspoon natural peanut butter
- 1. First, add all the ingredients to the food processor & blend well.
- 2. After the ingredients are all combined, transfer the mix to a medium size mold or a couple of smaller ones, according to your preference. and press it down! press as hard as you can.
- 3. Transfer the mold/s to the freezer for half hour or so until it'll firm up, then take it out and divide the mixture to bite-size healthy snacks. Now, eat it all, or transfer it to the fridge (I find it best to store them at low temperature)
- 4. And that's it, You got a tasty, rich and super healthy energy bar. Enjoy.
