Eggs Stuffed With Sea Delights

  1. Boil a large pot of salty water.
  2. Add the eggs carefully, to avoid cracking.
  3. After reaching boiling point, boil the water for 12 more minutes.
  4. Drain and place the eggs in a container with cold water.
  5. When eggs are cool, peel and cut in half lengthwise.
  6. Put the yolks in a bowl, and set aside the whites.
  7. Use a fork to mash the yolks.
  8. Add one of the yogurts and olive oil, mix.
  9. Add the crab sticks broken into small pieces and chopped coriander.
  10. Mix in garlic powder and a pinch of fine salt.
  11. Add the second yogurt gradually until mixture reaches the desired consistency.
  12. Place spoonfuls of filling into the egg whites, being careful not to break.
  13. Refrigerate until serving.
