Eggs Stuffed With Sea Delights
- 15 eggs
- 2 natural yogurts
- 1 crab sticks pack, the smallest, defrosted
- 15 sprigs coriander
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Boil a large pot of salty water.
- Add the eggs carefully, to avoid cracking.
- After reaching boiling point, boil the water for 12 more minutes.
- Drain and place the eggs in a container with cold water.
- When eggs are cool, peel and cut in half lengthwise.
- Put the yolks in a bowl, and set aside the whites.
- Use a fork to mash the yolks.
- Add one of the yogurts and olive oil, mix.
- Add the crab sticks broken into small pieces and chopped coriander.
- Mix in garlic powder and a pinch of fine salt.
- Add the second yogurt gradually until mixture reaches the desired consistency.
- Place spoonfuls of filling into the egg whites, being careful not to break.
- Refrigerate until serving.
