Sweet Bell Peppers Stuffed With Shrimp Imperial

  1. Prepare the rice according to directions.
  2. Clean & chop the shrimp. Set aside
  3. Wash the peppers & cut in half removing stem & seeds.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, egg, sugar, old bay, lemon juice and parsley together and blend well, this is your imperial sauce
  5. Fold the shrimp & cooked rice into the imperial sauce.
  6. Fill the peppers halves and place in lightly buttered baking dish
  7. .Sprinkle tops with paprika
  8. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until the peppers are soft. The tops will turn golden brown. If still firm, microwave for a minute or two
  9. Allow to cool slightly for better flavor.
