Cajun Lamburgers(Serves Four)
- 1 1/2 lb. ground lamb
- 2 small green onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of black pepper
- 6 to 8 green olives
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
- Chop small green onions and green olives.
- Place in a 2-quart mixing bowl.
- Add ground lamb.
- Crush garlic clove and add to mixture.
- Add eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, Louisiana hot sauce and a dash of black pepper; mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended.
- More bread crumbs can be added if mixture is too moist and sticks to your hands.
- Make meat into patties of desired size.
- Cook on grill until desired doneness.
- Serve with Cajun Ketchup, if desired.
