Lorallie'S Lasagna
- 1/4 lb. lasagna, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 c. canned whole tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 bag Mozzarella cheese (about 2 c.)
- 1 bag pizza cheese (about 1 c.)
- Brown ground beef, garlic and olive oil.
- Mix tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings.
- Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
- In bottom of greased baking dish, spoon in 1/2 of meat sauce, 1/2 lasagna, 1/2 pizza cheese and 1/3 Mozzarella cheese.
- Form another layer of remainder of lasagna, pizza cheese and 1/3 Mozzarella. Top with meat sauce.
- Sprinkle with remainder of Mozzarella.
- Bake, uncovered, in 350u0b0 preheated oven for 45 minutes.
