Yogurt Cake With Green Tea
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 5 1/3 tablespoons liquid margarine
- 3 large eggs separated
- 1 yogurt lemon flavored
- 1 tablespoon green tea slightly crumbled
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Beat 100 grams of sugar with liquid margarine, add the egg yolks, and continue to beat until the mixture is creamy.
- Add the yogurt, green tea, and flour sifted with baking powder, and gently mix, do not beat.
- Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until they begin to foam, add the sugar, and continue to beat until well thickened.
- Wrap them gently into the batter, and pour into a loaf pan, lined with parchment paper, and greased.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Decorate to taste, and serve with warm tea.
