Yogurt Cake With Green Tea

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Beat 100 grams of sugar with liquid margarine, add the egg yolks, and continue to beat until the mixture is creamy.
  3. Add the yogurt, green tea, and flour sifted with baking powder, and gently mix, do not beat.
  4. Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until they begin to foam, add the sugar, and continue to beat until well thickened.
  5. Wrap them gently into the batter, and pour into a loaf pan, lined with parchment paper, and greased.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Decorate to taste, and serve with warm tea.
