Tomato And Mozzarella Pizza
- 3 2/3 cups bread flour
- 2 1/16 tablespoons yeast brewer's
- 7/8 cup water
- 3 5/8 tablespoons oil
- salt
- sugar
- tomato sliced thin
- mozzarella cheese shredded
- pesto sauce
- Parmesan cheese grated
- Preheat the oven to 260 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, add the flour and make a well in the center.
- Add the yeast and dissolve it in the water.
- Gradually mix together, adding the oil and 10 grams of salt to form a dough.
- Knead and work the dough into a loaf shape. Leave to rest 1 1/2 hours.
- Divide the dough into portions of 150 to 180 grams.
- Flatten the dough into a well greased or lined pan.
- Bake the dough for 15 minutes. Turn halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with the tomato, seasoned with a pinch of salt and sugar.
- Add a small amount pesto and cheeses.
- Bake until the mozzarella is melted and slightly brown, 5 to 6 minutes.
