Tomato And Mozzarella Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 260 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl, add the flour and make a well in the center.
  3. Add the yeast and dissolve it in the water.
  4. Gradually mix together, adding the oil and 10 grams of salt to form a dough.
  5. Knead and work the dough into a loaf shape. Leave to rest 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Divide the dough into portions of 150 to 180 grams.
  7. Flatten the dough into a well greased or lined pan.
  8. Bake the dough for 15 minutes. Turn halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  9. Remove from the oven, garnish with the tomato, seasoned with a pinch of salt and sugar.
  10. Add a small amount pesto and cheeses.
  11. Bake until the mozzarella is melted and slightly brown, 5 to 6 minutes.
