Hearty Soup And Blt Salad

  1. In medium skillet, fry bacon over low heat until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon and drain completely on paper towels. In small bowl, beat together oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; set aside.
  2. Place lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and bacon in salad bowl.
  3. Pour on dressing and toss gently.
  4. Prepare soup according to package directions.
  5. Remove to serving bowls and serve with salad.
  6. Serves 4.
