Fondue Trio With Fresh Fruit
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 2 tablespoons butter chopped
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 4 ounces semi sweet chocolate chopped
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 4 ounces white chocolate chopped
- fruit Selection of fresh, to serve
- For the caramel fondue, heat sugar, cream and butter in a small saucepan on low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to medium; bring to a boil. Simmer, without stirring, 3-4 mins, until thickened. Pour into a bowl.
- For the dark chocolate fondue, heat cream in a small saucepan on medium heat, until just simmering. Remove from heat. Add semi-sweet chocolate. Let stand 5 mins. Stir until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
- For the white chocolate fondue, heat cream in a small saucepan on medium heat, until just simmering. Remove from heat. Add white chocolate. Let stand 5 mins. Stir until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
- Cut a selection of fruit for dipping
