Pumpkin Waffles

  1. Preheat waffle iron
  2. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. In a separate bowl, vigorously whisk together the almond milk, pumpkin, oil, brown sugar, and vanilla until emulsified.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix.
  5. Prepare waffles according to waffle maker's instructions. If adding almonds and/or cranberries, sprinkle on top of poured batter before closing waffle maker.
