Macaroni With Peas

  1. Heat a large frying pan with the olive oil, butter, garlic and parsley. Saute until the garlic is fragrant. Add the seasonings and the wine, peas and chicken broth and simmer on low for a minute or two.
  2. Prepare the macaroni as directed and lift into the frying pan.
  3. Serve with an extra drizzle of olive oil, red pepper flakes and grated cheese.
