Zucchini And Whipped Cheese With Stewed Tomatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F
  2. Wash and slice the zucchini.
  3. Slice the onions.
  4. Heat a little olive oil in frying pan and saute the vegetables until al dente. They should remain crunchy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread the pastry in a pie pan and prick with a fork.
  7. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and liquid cream.
  8. Add the whipped cream cheese and stewed tomatoes and keep whisking.
  9. Add diced ham and mix again.
  10. Place the vegetables on top of the dough.
  11. Pour in the tomato and cream mixture.
  12. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes.
