Chocolate And Hazelnut Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Grease a bundt cake pan with hole with margarine, and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.
  3. In the food processor, chop the hazelnuts in pieces. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
  5. Add the vegetable oil, yogurt, and honey. Beat until fluffy.
  6. Add the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Beat again briefly, until a uniform mixture is obtained.
  7. Add the hazelnuts, and mix in the dough with a spoon.
  8. Place the dough in the cake pan, and bake for about 45 minutes or until cooked.
  9. Check the cooking with a toothpick.
  10. Remove from oven, let cool, and unmold.
