Chocolate And Hazelnut Cake
- 5 eggs
- 1 natural yogurt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups plain flour
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 9/16 cup hazelnuts roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Grease a bundt cake pan with hole with margarine, and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.
- In the food processor, chop the hazelnuts in pieces. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
- Add the vegetable oil, yogurt, and honey. Beat until fluffy.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Beat again briefly, until a uniform mixture is obtained.
- Add the hazelnuts, and mix in the dough with a spoon.
- Place the dough in the cake pan, and bake for about 45 minutes or until cooked.
- Check the cooking with a toothpick.
- Remove from oven, let cool, and unmold.
