Grapefruit Jelly
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 cup water
- 2 1/8 cups grapefruit juice Pulpy, drink, Polar brand
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons sugar or to taste
- 2 tablespoons gelatine powder soak with 5 tbsp water
- Peel grapefruit and remove pulp in a drainer keeping the juice in a bowl (about 2 tbsp or slightly more).
- Soak gelatine powder with 5 tbsp of water and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Put water and sugar in a pot and heat to almost boil, add honey and stir well till dissolved , pour in the grapefruit juice drink, stir to boil.
- Then add soaked gelatine in it, stir till gelatine dissolved and bring to light boil for 5 minutes.
- Off heat and add in fresh grapefruit juice and pulp, stir well and pour into serving cups.
- Leave jelly to cool in refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours before serve.
