Haddock With Red Pepper Sauce

  1. Wash the red pepper and remove any seeds.
  2. Peel the pepper using a peeler, put into boiling water during 5 minutes.
  3. The drain and mash the red pepper.
  4. Peel the shallot and chop into small cubes and do the same for the turmeric.
  5. Heat a pan and pour the olive oil.
  6. Add the shallots and turmeric and cook over low heat during a few minutes.
  7. Add pureed peppers and fresh cream. Salt and pepper.
  8. Dredge fish pieces lightly in flour, then salt and pepper.
  9. Heat the griddle then place a piece of butter.
  10. Reduce heat and cook the fish pieces.
  11. Serve the haddock topped with red pepper sauce.
