Haddock With Red Pepper Sauce
- 2 pieces haddock
- butter
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 shallot
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cream fresh
- 1 piece turmeric
- salt
- pepper
- Wash the red pepper and remove any seeds.
- Peel the pepper using a peeler, put into boiling water during 5 minutes.
- The drain and mash the red pepper.
- Peel the shallot and chop into small cubes and do the same for the turmeric.
- Heat a pan and pour the olive oil.
- Add the shallots and turmeric and cook over low heat during a few minutes.
- Add pureed peppers and fresh cream. Salt and pepper.
- Dredge fish pieces lightly in flour, then salt and pepper.
- Heat the griddle then place a piece of butter.
- Reduce heat and cook the fish pieces.
- Serve the haddock topped with red pepper sauce.
