Marinated Raw Salmon With Carrot Salad

  1. Cut salmon into 1cm cubes
  2. Mix with ginger, soy sauce, mirin and wasabi and refrigerate for approximately 1-2 hours before serving
  3. Serve with shredded nori as a garnish
  4. Mix sliced carrots, rice vinegar, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, miso and mirin together and refrigerate for up to 3 hours before serving
  5. ust prior to serving mix through the snow pea shoots
