Cream Of Spinach Soup
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon shallots finely chopped
- 1/2 clove garlic peeled
- 2 cups cauliflower florets steamed
- 2 baby spinach firmly packed cups
- 2 tablespoons almond butter roasted
- 1 teaspoon wheat free tamari
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt plus more to taste
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper plus more to taste
- Put all ingredients in the blender jar of the KitchenAid(R) Pro Line(R) Series Blender. Secure lid and set the Blender to the Adapti-BlendTM Soup program. Blend until machine turns itself off. Alternatively, blend for about 5 minutes, starting on speed 1 and gradually increasing to speed 10.
- Soup will come out of the Blender hot. Season to taste and serve immediately.
