Happiness Squares
- 4 eggs
- 7 ounces chocolate cooking
- 1 3/8 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup margarine substitute butter without salt
- powdered sugar
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
- Whisk the egg yolks until they foam and add the sugar, a little at a time, continuously stirring, until completely mixed. The mixture should be a light cream color.
- Break the chocolate into small pieces, add the butter and melt it in a double boiler. Add to the egg and sugar mixture.
- Gently and without beating, incorporate the stiff egg whites.
- Put the butterfly in the cup, pour the egg whites and set 6 Min in Speed 3.
- Remove to a bowl and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 170C.
- Remove the butterfly off the cup and pour the sugar, egg yolks and margarine and set 5 Min, 70 u0b0, Speed 4.
- Add chocolate broken into pieces, wait until it melts and mix 20 Sec. Speed 5. Put again the butterfly and finally add the egg whites at Speed 2 1/2.
- Pour the mixture in a tray, previously greased with butter and lined with baking paper, and bake for about 35 minutes. Let it cool, cut to squares and garnish to taste.
