Homemade Rolls

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients; let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Add remaining water, sugar and 3 cups flour; mix for a couple of minutes, then add eggs, 3 1/2 cups flour and salt.
  3. Cover and let stand 20 minutes.
  4. Knead and place in a greased bowl; let rise until double.
  5. Shape into rolls.
  6. When double bake at 375u0b0 until brown.
  7. This is good for cinnamon rolls too.
