Small Rosemary Crackers

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and rosemary.
  2. Whisk in the the egg, oil, and water.
  3. Knead the dough until obtaining a ball of elastic and smooth dough.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  6. On a floured work surface, roll out a very thin layer of dough.
  7. Sprinkle with rosemary, poppy seeds, and coarse salt.
  8. Use a fork to prick the dough.
  9. Use a serrated wheel to cut out small rectangles.
  10. Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  11. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly golden brown.
