Hershey'S 5 Minute Recipe Deep Dark Chocolate Cake

  1. Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except boiling water.
  3. Beat at moderate speed 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from mixer; stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
  5. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 or 8-inch loaf pans or a 13 x 9-inch or spring-form pan with center horn.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes for layers, 35 to 40 minutes for 13 x 9-inch pan, etc., until cake tester comes out clean when inserted in center of cake.
  7. Cool 10 minutes on rack.
  8. Remove from pans; cool completely. Top with favorite frosting.
