Beth'S Savoyarde Crown
- ham slices as needed
- 6 potatoes not too cooked
- 3 1/2 ounces pork sausage smoked
- cheese slices
- cheese slices
- Edam cheese
- 3 eggs
- 7/8 cup cream
- salt
- ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Line a crown shaped baking pan with the ham.
- Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes in slices. Start cooking in a pot of boiling water.
- Cut small pieces of ham and sausage, and set aside.
- When the potatoes are half cooked, remove from the stove, and drain.
- Cut the cheese into small pieces, and set aside.
- Cover the bottom of the pan with the Flamengo or Edam cheese slices, and sliced potatoes.
- Arrange the diced cheese over the potatoes, add the sliced ham and sausage.
- Add the last layer of potatoes.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, pepper, and cream. Mix well. Pour on top of potatoes.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
