Chili-Beef Flavored Turkey

  1. Brown turkey, stirring frequently to prevent large lumps. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil, lower heat and cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.
  2. You may want to add additional water for desired consistency.
  3. Also you might add more beef crystals for a more pronounced beef flavor.
  4. Stir frequently.
  5. Use the Louisiana hot sauce only if you want hot seasoned chili.
  6. Personally, I do not use it!
  7. I use a 5-quart heavy pot to prepare this dish.
