Thai Vegetables With Jasmine Rice
- 1 onion large, chopped
- assorted vegetables washed and chopped, suggestions: green and red peppers, leeks, celery, carrots, radishes, broccoli, and bean sprouts
- 1 can mushrooms sliced
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- seasoning Asian, to taste
- 1 1/3 cups jasmine rice
- sweet and sour sauce Thai
- Begin by heating the wok with a splash of olive oil. Add the chopped onion and saute it until it begins to brown. Add the assorted vegetables and the mushrooms.
- Season the mix with salt and pepper to taste, then add the soy sauce and the asian Seasoning.
- Stir the ingredients while cooking so that the vegetables absorb the flavors and seasoning.
- Serve immediately alongside the Thai jasmine rice and drizzling with the Thai sweet and sour sauce.
