Rice Salad With Vegetables And Feta Cheese

  1. Mix the rice, bell pepper, carrots, onion, edamame, coriander, cheese, and jalapeno peppers in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, vinaigrette, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix them together with a whisk.
  3. Pour the dressing into the bowl with the rice and mix all of the ingredients together.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
