Gooey S'Mores Pie
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
- 4 2/3 ounces chocolate candy bars milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- mini chocolate chips
- Heat oven to 350. Coat a 9" pie plate with cooking spray.
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking powder, and crumbs; mix well.
- With buttered fingers, press half of dough over bottom and up sides of pie plate.
- spread marshmallow creme over crust.
- Break candy bars and arrange pieces on top. Sprinkle with marshmallows and pecans.
- Pat remaining dough into flat pieces and place randomly over filling, allowing some to peek through.
- Pinch dough edges together around rim.
- Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake 2 minutes more.
- Cool completely before slicing.
