Chocolate Brownie With Homemade Raspberry Ice-Cream With A Drizzling Of White Chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup coco powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- Pre heat your oven at 180u0b0c / gas mark 4 then Melt your butter in a pan , when it has melted take off the heat
- When your butter has cooled whisk in your sugar , vanilla extract and eggs until combined
- In another bowl add your flour , coco powder, baking powder and salt and mix together after whisk in your butter mixture until everything is combined together
- Lay some foil in a deep tray and grease with butter on the bottom and around the sides to prevent your browse from sticking
- Add your mixture into your tray and bake in the oven for around 20- 25 minutes
- Raspberry ice-cream - put your raspberrys and natural yogurt into a food processor and blend until smooth
- Put your ice cream into a tub and put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes
