Chocolate Brownie With Homemade Raspberry Ice-Cream With A Drizzling Of White Chocolate

  1. Pre heat your oven at 180u0b0c / gas mark 4 then Melt your butter in a pan , when it has melted take off the heat
  2. When your butter has cooled whisk in your sugar , vanilla extract and eggs until combined
  3. In another bowl add your flour , coco powder, baking powder and salt and mix together after whisk in your butter mixture until everything is combined together
  4. Lay some foil in a deep tray and grease with butter on the bottom and around the sides to prevent your browse from sticking
  5. Add your mixture into your tray and bake in the oven for around 20- 25 minutes
  6. Raspberry ice-cream - put your raspberrys and natural yogurt into a food processor and blend until smooth
  7. Put your ice cream into a tub and put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes
