Vanilla Bundt Cake With Sprinkles
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 baking powder / tbs
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter softened
- 3 tablespoons vanilla paste
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup yogurt liquid
- 2 tablespoons sprinkles
- sprinkles for decorating
- Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a bunt pan by spraying with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer beat together butter, vanilla bean paste until smooth. Slowly pour in sugar until well combined and fluffy.
- Add vegetable oil and beat until incorporated. One by one add eggs beating well after each addition.
- Carefully add 1/3 of the flour mixture to the wet mixture, then 1/3 of the liquid yogurt, alternating until all of the flour and yogurt is added. Mix until just smooth and incorporated.
- Add the sprinkles to the batter and mix together.
- Pour or spoon batter into prepared bundt pan evenly. Smooth out the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and alow to cool for about 15 minutes to an hour before attempting to remove from pan.
- In a medium bowl mix icing sugar and milk.
- Glaze the cake and decorate with sprinkles.
